Problem Definition
Patient Adherence to physical therapy is one of the biggest challenge for physical therapy.
The need was to develop an app for imparting Physical Therapy online.
According to research, many people do not have easy access to physical treatment. In addition, because of Covid Pandemic restrictions, it was necessary to establish ways to perform physical therapy sessions online in order to guarantee adherence.

How to change user behavior?
I have applied the 3B framework, developed by Irrational Labs to come up with actionable recommendations to achieve behavior change.
